SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
WEBSITE ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Christina Makowsky LLC offers products for sale that are specially made for you.  Occasionally, however, we may be waiting for shipments of fabric. As a result, you may be given the possibility of making an advance payment for certain items.

We process orders Monday through Friday, except holidays. All orders will normally ship within 3-6 weeks, for each garment in made specifically for you. Orders placed between 1pm EST Friday and midnight on Sunday will be placed the following Monday.

When your order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation via email as well as when your order ships. Sometimes, an item or fabric is out of stock and will not be expected to be available. In this situation, we will be forced to cancel the order and notify you about cancellation. If you paid with credit card, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes and shipping charges. Only a certain number of garments are produced for the Limited Edition pieces.

PAYMENTS
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Sales tax will be added if applicable. If the credit card cannot be verified by the person placing the order, the order will be immediately cancelled.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Christina Makowsky LLC, we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery.

SALES TAX
If you are shipping with the USA, sales tax will only charged on orders shipped to New York State. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders within the USA.

SHIPPING
There is free shipping on all ground orders. Christina Makowsky LLC insures each purchase during the time in transit until it is delivered to you.  We will email you with a confirmation when your order ships. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. We are unable to ship to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can view the progress and current status of your order by signing into your account and clicking on the Order Status link. Simply key in the tracking number that was emailed to you in your shipment confirmation receipt, and we will track your shipment for you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All items may be returned for a Christina Makowsky credit only within 14 days of receipt. A credit is good for one year from issue date and can be applied toward your next purchase. Please advise that all products are made exclusively for you.

HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE
If you wish to exchange an item or receive a credit, you will need a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number can be requested online within 5 business days of receiving your order.
